We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. 5. Can I return a personalized or custom-made item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items. These items are specially made for you and cannot be resold.
